License Usage Updates

License information in EasyBridge now excludes hidden classes, as well as classes that have not yet started. Class counts include the following criteria:

EasyBridge Auto/Plus (integrated classes)
In session
Not marked for deletion
Not hidden
Has any roster source type (auto-rostered, manually rostered, Google Classroom imported)

Excluding hidden classes, or classes that have not yet started, provides an accurate and more detailed representation for product license counts.

SuccessMaker Onscreen Message

SuccessMaker license usage may not be accurately reflected on the EasyBridge License usage screen. SuccessMaker uses the concept of groups, while EasyBridge uses classes. When the entire class is assigned SuccessMaker from EasyBridge, each student can appear to be using a license, when in actuality, only a few students may be using the program. To see accurate license usage for SuccessMaker, teachers and administrators need to login directly to SuccessMaker.
